You're juggling five browser tabs trying to find the latest Milan schedule. That important show moved venues... again. You just realised two presentations you wanted to attend are at the exact same time, on opposite sides of the city.
Sound familiar?
After 15 years working across styling, buying, merchandising, and trend forecasting and e-commerce - including roles at Vivienne Westwood and multi-brand retail - I've lived this chaos. I've sprinted between shows, missed presentations because schedules weren't clear, and scrambled to plan around last-minute changes.
So I built the tool I always needed - download a preview here.

I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Fashion Buying & Merchandising from London College of Fashion. Over 15 years, I've worked across styling, buying, merchandising, trend forecasting, e-commerce, and data analysis - including at Vivienne Westwood and a leading multi-brand retailer stocking 50+ brands like Adidas, Nike, and Puma.
I've experienced the chaos of fashion week from every angle since my first show at London Fashion Week in September 2010. Fifteen years later, I know the pain of trying to get to as many shows and presentations as possible, while trying to avoid that last-minute calculation of whether walking or Uber is faster when you're already running late.
I've learned that a great plan is the best way to get more done, and I learned exactly what information you need (and what you don't) to navigate fashion week successfully.
I built this calendar because I needed it. After years of chaos, I wanted one organised system that shows everything, highlights what matters, and updates when things inevitably change.
Now you can have it too.
This calendar is compiled from publicly available fashion week schedules and provided as a planning resource. While we strive for accuracy, event details may change without notice. Entry to events marked "open to public" or "by registration" is subject to organiser policies and capacity limits.
Use of this calendar does not guarantee event access. This is a planning tool, not an official schedule.
